Welcome to Keep Waco Wagging.

Keep Waco Wagging is operated by Platinum Scoops LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Keep Waco Wagging,” “Platinum Scoops,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Platinum Scoops LLC and the Keep Waco Wagging brand, as applicable.

We operate this website, online store, and related content, features, tools, product recommendations, directories, products, and services to provide dog parents and members of the Waco community with a curated shopping and informational experience.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced here, explain your rights and responsibilities when you visit, interact with, or purchase through Keep Waco Wagging.

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase through our store.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the website.

We may discontinue a product, design, size, color, or product variation at any time. We may also limit quantities available to an individual, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are intended for personal use and are not offered for commercial resale.

3. DOG PRODUCTS AND PET SAFETY

Products sold or recommended through Keep Waco Wagging may be intended for use by or around dogs.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your dog based on your dog’s size, age, health, temperament, chewing habits, allergies, and individual needs.

Dogs should be supervised when using toys, enrichment products, accessories, treats, or other pet products when supervision is recommended.

No dog product is indestructible. Stop using any item that becomes damaged, torn, broken, excessively worn, or presents a possible choking, ingestion, strangulation, or injury hazard.

Product information on this website is not a substitute for advice from a licensed veterinarian, certified trainer, behavior professional, groomer, or other qualified pet-care professional.

4. ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase a product.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we send an order confirmation or otherwise begin processing the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment authorization problems
Shipping restrictions
Violation of these Terms
Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and personalization information.

Because many products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after production begins.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.

5. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges incurred through your order will be honored by your payment provider.

We may correct pricing, promotional, tax, or shipping errors. If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we may contact you with the option to proceed under the corrected terms or cancel the affected item for a refund.

6. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, minimum purchase amounts, or other conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Discounts cannot be combined
Discounts have no cash value
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Promotions may be changed or ended at any time
Promotional codes may be limited to one use per customer or household

If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms will govern that promotion.

7. SHIPPING, PRODUCTION, AND DELIVERY

Some Keep Waco Wagging merchandise is produced after an order is placed.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Any delivery date or timeframe provided at checkout, in an order confirmation, or elsewhere on the website is an estimate unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

Delivery estimates may be affected by:

Production volume
Product availability
Carrier delays
Weather
Holidays
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Customs processing
Events outside our reasonable control

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reproduced or reshipped because of an incorrect address.

When tracking information is available, it will generally be sent to the email address provided with the order.

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, those options may include agreeing to a revised delivery date or canceling the affected order for a refund.

8. LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the packaging when relevant

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

Approved resolutions may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and our Refund Policy.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Contact us if the package remains missing.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Because some merchandise is made specifically after an order is placed, eligibility may differ from products held in traditional retail inventory.

We do not guarantee that buyer’s-remorse returns, size exchanges, or order changes will be available unless stated in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Keep Waco Wagging may publish content related to:

11. NO VETERINARY OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Content provided through Keep Waco Wagging is not veterinary, medical, behavioral, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Every dog is different. Information that is helpful for one dog may not be appropriate for another.

Seek assistance from a licensed veterinarian or other qualified professional when you have concerns about your dog’s health, safety, behavior, nutrition, medication, or wellbeing.

In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary facility immediately.

12. PET-CARE AND LOCAL SERVICE BOOKINGS

Keep Waco Wagging may provide information or links related to services offered by Platinum Scoops or by independent third parties.

Pet-care, boarding, daycare, walking, drop-in, training, pet waste removal, or other service bookings may be subject to separate service agreements, intake forms, waivers, platform terms, cancellation policies, and safety requirements.

When a booking is completed through Rover, Jobber, Shopify, or another third-party platform, that platform’s applicable terms and policies may also apply.

A product purchase through the Keep Waco Wagging store does not automatically create a pet-care service relationship.

13. AFFILIATE LINKS AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS

Some product recommendations or links on Keep Waco Wagging may be affiliate links.

This means we may receive a commission or other benefit when you make a qualifying purchase through one of those links, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product is appropriate for your dog or household.

Prices, product availability, shipping, returns, warranties, and customer service for third-party products are controlled by the third-party seller.

Our ecommerce store is powered by Shopify.

Purchases made from Keep Waco Wagging are transactions between you and Platinum Scoops LLC, not transactions between you and Shopify.

Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but is not the seller of Keep Waco Wagging products.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from products sold directly by Keep Waco Wagging or from transactions between you and Platinum Scoops LLC.

Personal information collected through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
