Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from Keep Waco Wagging (keepwacowagging.myshopify.com), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Products and made-to-order fulfillment

Products are made to order and fulfilled through selected production partners. Product images and descriptions represent the item you are purchasing; colors and placement may vary slightly within normal production tolerances.

Keep Waco Wagging is the customer-facing brand for your order. Do not contact production partners directly for order support.

Orders and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.

Production and shipping

Most products are produced within approximately 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout. Keep Waco Wagging is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control once an order has shipped.

Cancellations and changes

Contact Keep Waco Wagging within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel. Email hello@keepwacowagging.com or use our Contact page with your order number.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Exchanges policy and applicable law. Made-to-order items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style are not eligible for a standard return, refund, or exchange. Personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from approved order details.

International orders

International shipping is available only when your destination and shipping option appear at checkout. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by your country. We do not guarantee international delivery dates.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and site content are owned by Keep Waco Wagging or used with permission. You may not reproduce or sell our designs without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keep Waco Wagging is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
