Keep Waco Wagging products are made to order. Please review product details, sizing information, and the size chart before you place your order.
Incorrect size or style selected
Because our products are made to order, items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style are not eligible for a standard return, refund, or exchange.
Review the product-specific size chart before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, email hello@keepwacowagging.com before you place your order.
Exchanges
Keep Waco Wagging does not offer standard exchanges.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may place a new order. Damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect items should be handled through the damaged-order process below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Report damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery to hello@keepwacowagging.com or through our Contact page.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- A photograph of the packaging when relevant
After review, Keep Waco Wagging may provide a replacement or refund as appropriate. You do not need to return a damaged item unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Return shipping
For an approved return that is not caused by damage, defect, or fulfillment error, you are responsible for return shipping.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect orders, Keep Waco Wagging is responsible for the approved resolution.
We do not publish a return address. Contact Keep Waco Wagging and receive instructions before sending anything back.
Personalized and custom items
Personalized and custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or different from the approved order details.
