REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your Keep Waco Wagging order. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from stains, odors, pet hair, washing, or other signs of use

  • Returned with any original tags

  • Returned in its original packaging when reasonably possible

You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, email info@keepwacowagging.com before sending the item back.

Please include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photographs, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the correct return address.

Do not send an item back before contacting us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Keep Waco Wagging or one of our fulfillment partners.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Keep Waco Wagging is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us promptly if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • Your item has a printing or manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product, size, color, or design

  • Part of your order is missing

Email info@keepwacowagging.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

You do not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Sizing and Buyer’s Remorse

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

Many Keep Waco Wagging products are made to order. Selecting the wrong size, color, or product does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Eligible unworn items may still be returned within the 30-day return period, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping and for placing a new order in the preferred size or color.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Perishable products, including food or treats

  • Personal care, grooming, or hygiene products that have been opened or used

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items containing pet hair, odors, stains, or other signs of use

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item may be returned.

Sale Items

Regularly discounted items may be returned when they otherwise meet the requirements of this policy.

Items specifically marked “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive another size, color, or product is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Wait for the return to be approved.

  3. Place a separate order for the replacement item.

This helps prevent the replacement product from selling out while the original return is being processed.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at info@keepwacowagging.com.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Because many products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order has entered production.

Please carefully review your product, size, color, quantity, personalization, and shipping address before completing checkout.

European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period.

Certain exceptions may apply to personalized, custom-made, sealed, perishable, or other excluded products.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
