Shipping and Production

Every Keep Waco Wagging item is made to order. Your order is sent to production after you complete checkout.

Production time

Most products are produced within approximately 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Production time can vary by product type and by our selected production partners.

Shipping and delivery

After production, your order ships to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout and depends on your location, carrier service, and product type. Delivery timing is not guaranteed.

We work with selected production and shipping partners to fulfill orders. Keep Waco Wagging is your customer-facing brand for order questions.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Keep Waco Wagging within 2 hours of placing your order at hello@keepwacowagging.com or through our Contact page with your order number.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

International orders

International shipping is available only when your destination and shipping option appear at checkout.

You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges assessed by your country. We do not guarantee international delivery dates.
