How are Keep Waco Wagging products made?

Our products are made to order. After you place an order, it is sent to production through our selected production partners.

How long does production take?

Most products are produced within approximately 3–5 business days. Timing can vary by product type and partner workload.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery timing is shown at checkout. Delivery depends on production time, shipping carrier, and your location.

How do I choose the right size?

Product types may use different size charts. Review the size chart shown in the product gallery and product details before ordering. See our Size Guide for general guidance.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact Keep Waco Wagging within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change or cancel. Email hello@keepwacowagging.com or use our Contact page with your order number.

Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Report damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect items within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. See our Returns and Exchanges page for details.

Do you accept returns?

Because items are made to order, wrong size, color, or style selections are not eligible for a standard return, refund, or exchange. Damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or incorrect orders are handled separately. See Returns and Exchanges.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, you may place a new order. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported through our damaged-order process.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is available only when your destination and shipping option appear at checkout. You are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We do not guarantee international delivery dates.

Is Keep Waco Wagging a local Waco business?

Keep Waco Wagging is a customer-facing brand offering breed-inspired and Waco-inspired designs. Products are designed in Waco and made to order through selected production partners.
